RIBBON BLENDER

The Ribbon blenders are very useful for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. It consits of a U shaped trough with specially designed inner & outer helical ribbons which leads to counter -current motion/action for perfect blending. The outer helical ribbon moves the material from the outer end to the centre; and in complete contrast the inner helical ribbon has the responsibility of moving the material from the center to the outer end. This facilitates uniorm mixing/ blending of products.

Usage: For dry mixing of free flowing powders & blending of large volume of dry solids
