CHEESE VATS

This is a unique vat or tub type equipment mainly used to form curd by cutting / breaking & mixing to prepare cheese. This vessel is used for holding the milk or cream with mixing to extract cheese. In this unit, pasteurization, heating, coagulation & cutting of curds into curds & whey is done. They are prepared from high grade stainless steel material & are robust & easy to use. This mxing system with reverse & forward motion with special design agitation blades is provided.
